Inser Robótica production line emulation software

Production line emulation

See your line running before you buy it.

We emulate the whole line with your throughput, your product range and your cycle times. It helps you assess the investment before installation, and get more out of the line once it is running.

What it is

A factory that exists in software before it exists on the floor.

It is not a pretty animation, nor a spreadsheet full of assumptions. It is your line, with your robot reaches, your cycle times and your product mix, producing a full shift on a computer. What you see there is what will happen on the floor, and you see it before the investment is committed.

Before you invest

To design the system

  • Test machine configurations with real production data
  • Define the best architecture for each plant
  • Validate performance before anything is installed
  • Lower the risk of the investment: neither oversized nor short

And every day after that

For day-to-day production

  • Simulate production scenarios with many products
  • Work out the best production sequence
  • Cut changeover times between machines and materials
  • See bottlenecks coming and raise output
  • Decide with data, on the day, not at next month’s meeting

What it is actually for

Five questions that today get answered on instinct.

How many stations are really needed?

The back-of-the-envelope figure always comes out neatly. The emulation says how many stations work at the real pace, which ones end up waiting, and which one saturates the day the big order comes in.

What happens when the awkward product comes in?

Not the average one: the awkward one. The odd length, the different component, the finish that forces a stop. It goes into the emulation and you see what it does to the pace of the rest of the day.

Where will the bottleneck form two years from now?

With the growth you expect, the station with room to spare today may be the one holding the plant back in 2028. Seeing it in advance is the difference between extending and rebuilding.

Is it worth automating this station or the one next to it?

There are nearly always two candidates and budget for one. Both get emulated, and what gets compared is what the whole line gains, not what the station gains.

How much capacity does each changeover cost me?

It is the figure almost nobody has, and the one that weighs most in a factory with many products. It comes out of the emulation using the real production sequence.

Why Inser Robótica

The software is ours, and it is written by the same people who then build the line.

Proven experience

Since 1987. More than 1,000 projects delivered and maintained.

Modular and scalable

Modules that work on their own and grow with your production.

High throughput

Tight cycle times and flows with no waiting between stations.

Our own software

From planning to production, with no seams between systems.

Self-correcting system

It corrects itself, so quality does not depend on the shift.

IoT monitoring

Real-time data and visibility of the whole line.

From automation… to full control.

Because real performance does not depend on how many robots you install: it depends on how you plan, control and tune your production.

Think better automation

  1. Wider vision Look at the whole plant before touching a machine. What slows a line down is almost never where it hurts.
  2. Right decisions Decide with data: emulating, measuring and putting the numbers on the table before buying anything.
  3. Higher efficiency More uptime, better quality and processes that hold. Efficiency follows from them.

Talk to us

Tell us which line you are considering and we will tell you what can be emulated.

The project does not have to be settled. With the product, the volumes and where the work piles up today, a first emulation can already answer whether the investment makes sense.

Your operation looks most like

Your project does not need to be defined. Just tell us what you would like to work better and we have somewhere to start.
