Certified quality · ISO 9001:2015
What we promise in the quotation is what gets delivered on site.
Our management system has been certified by LRQA to ISO 9001:2015 since 2013, and it does not cover one department: it covers everything we do, from the first drawing to the last service call.

What it covers
Five phases, one single system.
The scope of the certificate, word for word: «Design, construction, installation, commissioning and technical assistance of robotic systems for industry». This is what the standard requires at each phase, and what it means for you.
-
01
Design
The standard requires the customer’s requirements to be recorded in writing and the design to be reviewed and validated against them before manufacturing.
For you: What you asked for is what gets designed, and any change is recorded and approved.
-
02
Construction
Controlled purchasing and manufacturing: assessed suppliers, identified materials and a record for every step.
For you: What goes into your plant comes from assessed suppliers and from manufacturing that leaves a record.
-
03
Installation
Installation in your plant follows a plan, with its checks and the people answerable for them.
For you: A planned, checked installation, with fewer surprises on your factory floor.
-
04
Commissioning
The installation is verified against what was agreed before it is handed over.
For you: You get what you signed for, verified.
-
05
Technical assistance
Incidents are recorded, analysed, and feed the continual improvement of the system.
For you: Every problem solved makes the next project better, yours included.
Why it matters to the buyer
A project that lasts years needs a partner willing to be audited.
An automated line is not bought like a machine: it is designed with the customer, built in their plant and maintained for years. Over that time the people change on both sides, and what provides continuity is the method.
A certified management system is that method written down and reviewed from outside: requirements that get recorded, changes that get approved, installations verified before handover, and incidents that lead to improvement. And it saves your purchasing department work when it has to approve the supplier.

What purchasing and quality usually ask.
Which quality certification does Inser Robótica hold?
ISO 9001:2015, issued by LRQA under UKAS accreditation. Certificate number 10682593, approval number 0038956.
What does it cover?
Everything we do: design, construction, installation, commissioning and technical assistance of robotic systems for industry.
Since when?
Since 30 April 2013. The current certificate was issued on 30 April 2025 and is valid until 29 April 2028.
Who checks it?
An independent body, LRQA, which audits the management system to maintain the certificate and renew it at the end of each cycle.
Can I ask for a copy of the certificate?
Yes. It is right here, and if your purchasing department needs it to approve us as a supplier, we will send it to you.
Think better automation
- Wider vision Look at the whole plant before touching a machine. What slows a line down is almost never where it hurts.
- Right decisions Decide with data: emulating, measuring and putting the numbers on the table before buying anything.
- Higher efficiency More uptime, better quality and processes that hold. Efficiency follows from them.
Need it to approve us? We will send it over.
And if what you want is to know how we would work in your plant, tell us which process is holding you back.
