Engineering, programming and integration are all in-house.
We do not subcontract judgement. Design, programming, assembly and commissioning are done by our own team, each a specialist in their part.
Every project is different. That is the hard part and the good part.
We do not mass-produce standard machines. Every installation solves a problem that had not been solved in exactly that way before, in a factory with its own habits, its own deadlines and its own people. That means there is no job here in which you repeat the same task for ten years, and it also means deciding a lot and getting it wrong now and then.
Four things we take for granted here.
The whole project
From the flow study to the start-up. Not one loose piece of a subcontracting chain.
People who have been here years
Since 1987, collecting both what worked and what did not. That knowledge is passed on by working alongside someone, not in a manual.
Real factories
You will be on the floor. It is uncomfortable, it is noisy, and it is the only way to understand what you are solving.
You can say no
If something is not going to work, it gets said before it is built. To the customer too. That is the job.
Four ways in.
Robot programming
You program the cell, tune it, and stand behind it in front of the customer on start-up day.
Mechanical engineering
You design the machine that does not exist yet: grippers, fixtures, conveying, safety.
Automation and control
PLC, vision, communications and the logic that makes the parts of the system understand each other.
Installation and commissioning
You build in the workshop and start up at the customer’s plant. That is where the project becomes real.
Not an exact fit for any of them? Write to us anyway. The people who have worked out best here did not come from a published vacancy.
Tell us what you can do and what you would like to learn.
We read everything that arrives. If it fits, we call you; if it does not fit right now, we keep it, because the projects change every few months.
